A lot of people don't understand the concept of consent

I'm sure I'm not the only one to talk about this on Chambers, but seriously, why is this a hard thing to understand? A lot of times, I've done something to another person without asking them first, and they get mad/irritated. Asking permission is not hard to do. Stop trying to make excuses or defend yourself. A simple "my apologies" and a promise to not do it again in the future is enough.
