CMV: If your vote means so much, stop moving from blue states to red states

The biggest story of 2020 was the 'blue wave' where people in blue states complained that Biden didn't win bigger.<br><br>Then as soon as the pandemic was over and people could move away from the 'popular' states like California and New York, they moved. But they moved away from the states where their vote and voice mattered the most - to states like Texas, Arizona, Nevada, and Florida.<br><br>These states are red, but they aren't blood red. Turn them blue, turn the Senate blue, and change the course of the country.<br><br>They're moving anyway. Move to where your vote counts the most.<br><br>Edit: I am fully aware that everyone has reasons for moving. No one needs to tell me that. I'm just saying that all the people in New York and California who need to move, should move.<br><br>Edit 2: I'm going to come back and read all the sourced citations and what not, and reply to them. I can't wait.<br><br>Edit 3: Still waiting for people to tell me where they're going to move from blue states and change a purple state.<br><br>Edit 4: For all the people who live in blue states, and need to move, please consider moving to Texas, Florida, Arizona, Nevada, etc. The weather is great, and your voice will matter more.<br><br>Edit 5: For every ten people who say the job is elsewhere - one person has said they will move to a swing state. Which just proves my point.
