I messed up a recipe and now I have a ton of food.

I was making chili the other night. I accidentally grabbed a 12 cup Instant Pot instead of the 6 cup one. I didn't realize this until I added all of my ingredients, which came out to be about 6 cups. For those of you who don't use an Instant Pot, you're supposed to leave about 1/3 of the way empty. So, when I went to pressure cook, the valve got clogged and steam shot out of the sides. I then turned it off and stirred everything, but it still happened. So, I reached for my other 6 cup Instant Pot and completely transferred everything over to it and it worked.

Well, I still have a 6 cup pot full of chili, which is way too much for my wife and I to eat before it expires. I'm going to freeze some of it, but I was wondering what other dishes I could make with this. I use ground turkey, onions, garlic, bell peppers, jalapeños, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, and black beans. I'm also thinking of bringing some to work to share with my coworkers.

TL;DR: I messed up a recipe and had a ton of food left over.
