Why would you sound your alarm at 6 in the morning?

I'm a male and I recently started living in an apartment by myself... The thing is, coming from a big household where my parents and siblings would often go in and out and make a lot of noise, I'm not used to noise. Whenever I walk in or out of the house, I don't want to sound the alarm since I don't like noise that much.<br><br>However, we are required to sound the alarm by leaving at 6 am. How would I do this without waking up my neighbors? The whole point of this is to force people to not leave at 6 am and making noise in the morning. I already told my landlord that I don't sound the alarm, and that I'm not used to noise, but they just said it's not their problem and that I have to sound the alarm when I leave.
