Meal prep ruined my life

I wanted to loose 5 kg. I've been to the nutritionist and she said I need to eat 1500 calories a day. Because I keep working long hours I wanted to meal prep around 6 days a week so I decided to make a meal plan for myself. <br><br>The problem is that every day I try to make a perfect meal plan for myself and it takes me around 2 hours a day and I don't even start making the meals yet. I'm eating 3 meals a day for 6 days a week and every meal consists of 3 dishes. This means around 6 hours per day on research. <br><br>I have tried following some random recipe online for a week but I don't really like the food and I have been feeling very weak and tired. <br><br>I don't know what to do. Any help would be appreciated.
