Critiques of work in progress?

When your work changes significantly between drafts, of course you want the drafts critiqued. In fact, I assume that the ideal time to post your work here is when you’ve revised all you can and feel stuck. <br><br>But if you’re still in the early stages of writing a first draft, where you know your work will change from one writing session to the next, aren’t you too early to share? <br><br>I have a first draft of a chapter just completed, and I know it’ll change in each of the next few drafts. It’s a mess, and I know it’s a mess. <br><br>Do you post your rough drafts as well?
