I am about to enter my 3rd year of college and my advice to you is that there is more to life outside school. I have mostly 4.0 gpa in my first 2 years. I also work 3 days a week doing 20 hours. I have a club, long distance bf and friends. I do a little bit of gaming and reading for fun. I also do a lot of exercise.

I used to study 8-10 hours a day when I first entered college, but after year 1, I realized it was dumb to waste my youth on too much studying. I was once like you guys. I also couldnt sleep in to morning and watched Netflix till 4am to gain another hour without studying. Now, I study just as much as I study in high school, but with a lot more content.

You guys look back at your past and always hate the lost years of what couldnt have been, but then you get to your 30s and look back on your college years and you will hate your past for studying for too many hours.

My advice is to live life to the fullest now.

Edit: I do STEM majors and a lot of engineering.
