I need advice for what to say when a little kid asks if I’m a lesbian

A little last week I had a kid ask about my hair color and then another asked if I’m gay and the first accused me of being trans and it was a whole mess I had to handle really quickly. I try to keep my sex life out of my classroom but I also don’t want to lie. A bunch of kids are gossiping now and so I know it’ll keep coming up. How would you handle the initial question?
