[Update] My husband’s mistress and her boyfriend say we’re the assholes for not wanting to co-parent

Apologies for the wait. I was waiting for everything to really blow over before discussing anything. Thank you to everyone for your comments, suggestions and support. We’re all doing well thanks for asking. Also the other couple in question has stopped trying to contact us both and have taken our advice to tell the girl. She was not happy. She was yelling and crying and screaming when they told her. They said they just realized how much of a nightmare she is. They’re currently having second thoughts.<br><br>I wanted to show the screenshots from their text. <br><br> “She thought we were lying when we told her. She was so mad she started saying horrible things.” <br><br>“Jen told us she was going to go outside so she could cool off. She was yelling through the whole room, slamming doors and banging on stuff. She was like a psychotic episode. Ain’t nobody got time for that. I thought she’d be more understanding, but she’s got her head up her fucking ass.”<br><br>“She started calling and texting us. Saying we’re assholes and pricks. Saying we made her life worse. I told her she was being a baby and making a big ass deal out of it. So she called the cops on us.”<br><br>“Yeah. They showed up at our place, and we told them she was being fucking stupid and dramatic. So they told her to chill and to not contact us. They said she needs to grow up. We’re thinking of blocking her number.”<br><br>“She thinks she’s still gonna see the kid. Girl, you’re so delusional it’s pathetic.” <br><br>“She thinks she's still gonna see the kid at Christmas. I told her Hell. Fucking. No. She can’t come to fucking Christmas dinner. She’s not family. She can’t bring her drama and tantrums into our house.” <br><br>I think I’m going to stop updates after this. Thank you again for all the suggestions and support.
