How come we don't see a lot of fantasy with African/Arabian influences?

I'm sure there are many works of fantasy out there that draw heavily from African and Middle Eastern cultures, but in my experience, I don't see them as often as the ones that draw from European culture. How come that is?<br><br><br><br>Edit: Wow, thanks for the gold? I'll give it to my pet cat.
