So I just got banned from this sub for life. Why? I still have no idea. I got a message from a mod stating that my last 3 posts were too similar, and that I was being banned.

I'm extremely confused because this is the first time I've posted anything similar in the last 30 days.

I have no idea. I don't check my personal inbox, and I know that this sub is supposed to be secret. It seems logical to me that the mods should be using the private message inbox in this sub to communicate with users, not our personal inbox. Makes much more sense.

Anyways, I've been using drugs for the last 20 years, and the last 2 years I've been sober. I've shared my experiences in order to help others, and even made an effort to start providing valuable information on what all of this stuff actually looks like. Or at least to my best ability.

I've never once broken a rule, or did anything wrong on this sub. I made a few posts in the last 24 hours on a few different drugs that I've done, and now I'm banned.

I can't contact the mod. They won't contact me. I've emailed Chambers support, and am waiting to hear back. I can only post in this sub, but I can't comment or message mods.

I think that this sub could be incredibly valuable in helping people understand the dangers of drugs. I think that it could save lives by giving people the opportunity to see what all of this stuff looks like, and help them make better educated decisions.

However, mods are people and cannot be trusted. The only way to run a sub where the content is supposed to be secret is by having a content filter. Anything less is lazy and opens up room for mistakes and bias.

And that's why I will no longer be using Reddit.
