Everytime a President or Presidential candidate if accused of a crime, they should be investigated by an independent agency composed of regular people appointed by a drawing of lots.

I am sick and tired of every Republican President being accused of crimes, and the FBI doing nothing. Trump openly bragged about obstructing justice, and he even went so far as to say the "deep state" FBI was protecting Biden from prosecution of crimes he didn't commit (which is the same exact thing Trump said about how he was being unfairly prosecuted). <br><br>Trump was not prosecuted even though it was undeniable that he was guilty of the crimes he was being investigated for, and Biden isn't being prosecuted even though it is undeniable that his son used his influence to secure a job that paid him $82k/month for five years. <br><br>There is no evidence that Biden or his son broke any laws, but obviously Biden's son was hired because of his father's position. Is this legal? The same law that the Republican House is trying to use against Biden was used to indict Hunter Biden. <br><br>Every time a politician is accused of a crime, it should go directly to an independent investigation agency composed of regular people appointed by a drawing of lots. The investigation should be overseen by a panel of five supreme court justices, divided evenly by political party, with the fifth judge being chosen by the other four.
