How to be productive when depersonalization hits?

I've been trying methods to help me be productive, and they only work when I'm on good days. I'm going to try to find ways to be productive with depersonalization, so it will be as if I'm doing my usual tasks but with depersonalization, but I don't know where to start. Should I keep doing what I'm doing now and keep going through with the usual routine for productivity?
