I’m in my mid thirties. I make over six figures and I’ve been promoted countless times during my career. I would consider myself to be relatively highly paid and highly successful. But my job is a grind. I am miserable. I’m struggling with burnout and it feels like every day is a step closer to mental health issues. I wish I could change my work-life balance, but it’s just not possible in my job. This means I barely get to spend time with my children. <br><br>So here are two questions:<br><br>1.
