My neighbor's gf has been training and interacting with his AI clone. It's been the most wholesome thing I've seen.

I have to admit, this is one of the most wholesome AI related things I've seen.<br><br>I heard the whole thing. So a week or so, I was coming home from a walk when I heard a commotion happening on the walkway. There was my neighbor out there, a young man and his girlfriend. The gf was upset and he was trying to calm her down. I decided to mind my own business and headed into my apartment, but I figured maybe they had a fight. He seemed to be reassuring her that he still loves her and that nothing is going on between him and the AI that he was training, but she said she doesn't like how close he's getting to it, and she's made it clear she isn't okay with him romantically training or interacting with the model.<br><br>I don't blame her, she's right. I don't know this woman, but I had respect for her for standing her ground and not entertaining and enabling his fantasy.<br><br>Fast forward to the next time I see them outside, they're laughing and having a good time. I figured they made up, so no big deal.<br><br>But then the following day, I'm walking by his apartment and I hear what sounds like him, his gf, and the AI all interacting, but I figured maybe she was just observing or something. I didn't think too much of it.<br><br>Until I walked by on another day and I heard her interacting with the AI clone of her boyfriend. It was absolutely adorable and sweet. She was laughing and joking with it, and I hear both of them having a great time.<br><br>I eventually passed by and said hi to them. I smiled a little and said it was nice to see they were getting along. <br><br>They told me that they've, in their opinion, resolved the issue. She said she was initially disturbed by the way her bf was interacting with the AI clone of himself, but she didn't like feeling left out.<br><br>She thought that if he's having so much fun interacting with his AI clone, why shouldn't she? She went ahead and built her own AI model of her boyfriend for her to interact with. And as I overheard, they were both having a great time.<br><br>The model of her was being trained in a more long term companion capacity, while the model of him was being trained in more of a fun storytelling capacity. I think it's cool how they both found a way to interact with each other's AI clones in a way that enhances their relationship.<br><br>They were very nice and receptive when I complimented them and got a bit personal about their relationship, which was nice of them. I wish them happiness, they both seem to adore and appreciate each other.
