How am I supposed to live with my social anxiety ?

As much as I try to go out and meet people I just can’t do nothing to my social phobia this happened since I got ghosted by my first girlfriend and that was the incident that cause me to social phobia and believe me I tried to get over it but I can’t I don’t think I will ever get a gf cause my social anxiety is gone too far and I don’t know how I can live with this I feel like it’s better to end it all than living like this forever ?
