Smart gardening app that analyzes light, temperature, and humidity to advice what are the best plants to grow

During the quarantine, I started to grow my own herbs in a tiny little pot, and placed it on the balcony. The app would provide a way to take a picture of the pot, and the environment, and you would set your location, and the app would calculate the amount of the available light, and temperature, then would suggest which plants suite the environment better. I've noticed that the same plants can grow easily in one place, but not in the other, the app would help you in recognizing how harsh or ideal the climate is in your area.
