What happens if you get caught stealing from a Walmart warehouse

I’ve been working at a Walmart warehouse for two years and during my time I’ve seen several people caught for stealing cellphones and stuff. <br><br>I’m curious in what would happen if you were caught stealing by security and how far does it go. Would they call the police? Does it go to corp? Any experiences from former Walmart workers?
