I am at a crossroads, break up with my girlfriend to apply for another job or stay with her and be unhappy

I am in a power plant as an engineer, the job is decent and the pay is good, however, I don't like the company. I don't like my boss, he is bad at doing his job, so everyone is angry at him. My girlfriend and I live in less than 30 minutes from each other, so it would be very hard to leave this job, as there are no other job openings in my field that I can work in. I don't mind moving to another city for a job, I have done it before, but my girlfriend would hate to be apart from me. Now, I have an interview with another power plant, I don't know anything about this company, but I have seen the plant, it does look modern and well-maintained, also, they are offering a lot more money than what I make currently. <br><br>Question is, should I accept the job if they offer it to me? ask my girlfriend about it, or ask her to move with me? The job is in a big city, so it is a great opportunity for her to work in the field she chooses, with many companies to choose from, however, I know she won't want to leave her family, so I will have to be alone. I also am not sure if I can handle being alone in a big city.
