How can i find out the rate on my credit card

I know this is a really dumb question but im just not sure what to search for it in order to find the rate. I have my credit card data on credit karma . It keeps telling me to make sure i know the rate on all of my credit cards but when i reply yes i know my rates all of them say N/A. So in order to find out i need to get the physical card and read it, or call the credit card company and ask them? Thanks for any help
