How often do you clean and organize your desk?

I work with computer a lot and it's pretty difficult to keep my desk tidy and clean. Despite how hard I try, the desk tends to become a mess full of crumpled papers, bad pens, work documents, disposable utensils, and random stuff I try to find a place to keep elsewhere. It's extremely frustrating as I know having a clean workspace is essential to better focus and work efficiency.
