Just another Tuesday at another day @ wally world

I was trolling the food aisles of an affluent southern California Walmart, I had just walked in with a half empty bottle of rum and a water bottle full of OJ and I pulled the orange juice out and started drinking it, the liquor store next door to the Walmart was closed and I wanted something to drink with my dinner. I did this 25 minutes ago and I haven't been caught yet.<br><br>I have been charged with petit larceny in the past but I havent shoplifted for a few years. I went from shoplifting baby formula for my daughter to stealing nips of liquor for my mother who was sick at the time, as she was no longer able to drive herself to the liquor store. I did this for over 5 years.<br><br>Just as things were going well with me, tonight I saw a candy bar sitting on a shelf on top of a stack of canned beans, it was a perfect Reese's cup, it had one piece of candy missing, and it was all by its lonesome on top of a tower of cans of black beans. I had been trolling the food section of Walmart for over 21 minutes. I love to do this high, I do this for fun, I love stealing more than I love doing drugs. I do it for the thrill, because I am poor, I do it because I can. Walmart is an evil corporate machine that is ruining small towns and cities.<br><br>The Reese's cup was just calling my name. I reached my arm over a box of Ritz crackers, I knocked over the Reese's cup and let it fall into my cart. I turned my head and looked at the front of the store and I saw a camera, its zoom was already half way across the store and it was already on me.<br><br>I was sitting in my car in the parking lot, eating my Reese's cup amd a king size M&M when Walmart's loss prevention pulled up in their car and blocked me in. The lights on their car were flashing and they were wearing bullet proof vests, they smashed my windows out, they dragged me out of my car and they threw me onto the hot pavement. They then stood on my head as they handcuffed me behind my back. <br><br>I was in jail for 25 days before I got a court hearing. I had fallen asleep in the jail cell and I woke up the next morning, it was a Sunday and the court house was closed. They did this to me again on Monday and again on Tuesday.<br><br>I was charged with willful concealment, I was sentenced to 3 months of trespass, 1 year of probation and a $100 fine.<br><br>As you read this, remember I stole a single Reeses cup from Walmart.<br><br>**MY POINT**<br><br>I have been charged with petit larcency back in the day, I have been charged with grand larceny, I have stolen with my kids, I have stolen for my mom. I stole a half a box of Tide from Walmart 12 years ago and I got charged with Grand Larceny and I got 6 months of trespass, it was a $40 box of Tide. I have stolen baby powder and formula, I have stolen for my family and I have stolen for myself, I have stolen food because I was poor, I have stolen food because I was bored. I have never felt bad about stealing and I will never feel bad about stealing. <br><br>When I was younger I used to steal food from Walmart and I would donate it to a food bank. I have done this hundreds of times, sometimes I would steal a shopping cart full of food from Walmart.<br><br>When I stole for fun, it was a little different, I had to be high, I had to have a little something to drink, I had to be feeling down that day.<br><br>**I LOVE STEALING FROM WALMART.**<br><br>I love stealing from Walmart because I can, because I am a poor person who steals for myself and for my family. I love to steal from Walmart because they have security cameras and uniformed security guards with bullet proof vests.<br><br>The only thing greater than this is the rush of adrenaline when I first place something in my cart or pocket. I love stealing from Walmart, I love that Walmart hired two uniformed security guards to chase me down in a parking lot full of people, I love that they smashed my windows out and I love how they dragged me out of my car and threw me onto the hot pavement. I love the rush of stealing something when I know I will get caught.<br><br>And if you love this, love to steal when you know you will get caught, love to steal something and do it just for the high of stealing, love to steal because you need to feed your family when your budget wont meet your needs, love to steal to get attention, love to steal, love to do it for the fun of it, love to steal because you grew up poor and it is all you know, love to steal to rebel against an evil corporate machine that took your friends job away, love to steal because you are bored, love to steal because you love the high.<br><br>Then this sub is for you. <br><br>Welcome to r/ shoplifting.<br><br>**EDIT: I was sitting in the hospital, my dad just died and I am sitting here reading the comments.
