Updating medieval society overnight

This is not meant to be a political post. Just a thought experiment. <br><br>It's 1300AD in France. The Renaissance is 150 years away. Medieval society is in full bloom. Slavery is outlawed and becoming socially unacceptable. Knights are the origin of chivalry and gentlemen. The social classes are martial labor and clergy. <br><br>Instantly, overnight, all the people have the mentalities of people in 2023. <br><br>What would be the first things to change?
