I'm familiar with hearing the term "women get paid less than men for the same job" but how much less?

I've heard that phrase for years, and i've always wondered the percentage difference. I understand this is an issue but i don't know how much of an impact it could have. After all the phrase itself never includes how large the difference in pay is.<br><br>How much less is the pay? I can't find the number anywhere.
