(Update) I was banned for 5 days over nothing

I just wanted to update the basic post because I went to the trial and was allowed to make myself heard.<br><br>Long story short: I am a Data Analyst on a software company that works with insurance companies. My task was to specify the title of the insurance products in order to proceed to the next step and catalog the information. I would have the title of the insurance, and the software on the other hand would have the specifications. I just wanted to describe what the insurance product was and in order to do that I have to consult different sources. So I opened the chatgpt and ask:<br><br>“Can you help me with this task?”. The chatgpt said yes, and I was like “great! Please specify what is the insurance product title: ______” and the chatgpt sent me a message saying I was banned for 5 days.<br><br>I was literally confused and shocked. I paid for the premium just for this. I am not a robot, I am a human and I use the chatgpt in order to do my job. I have nothing to hide. I just wanted to understand what was going on and how I did violated. That is all! So I went to the trial and they said I wasn’t going to be banned for other than 5 days and that I will not be reimbursed.<br><br>So I asked for the report and they said it is confidential. What? I am the one being banned. I am the one paying and you don’t let me know what I did wrong? I would understand if they say the report is confidential and you can check only the part that refers to your account, but nothing. Not even a single clue.<br><br>I don’t know what to do. OpenAI literally said that I am not able to interact with the chatgpt because I am a robot and I am not. I do not know what was the problem but they will not give me a single clue. It is just frustrating because I am being accused of something I do not know. If that is a mistake just tell me for fuck sake. I don’t care about being banned, I care about the lack of transparency. I am banned for no reason and will have to pay the premium for nothing. What the fuck is wrong with this people?<br><br>Pd: the trial agent said my account wasn’t banned because of a mistake but was banned purposely. I do not know if she is lying or not, but I will 100% not pay the premium anymore. If they will not let me know what I did wrong then I will just take the money and get richer.
