How to learn a language with a limited amount of time.

Hey everybody! <br><br>So I just started learning French on Duolingo and I would say that I’m pretty proficient in it, I can have a conversation but I’m not entirely fluent yet.<br>I’m going to France in April for a student exchange for 8 months and I want to be prepared, I’ve got only 104 days left so I want to ask you how I can learn a language in a short amount of time.<br><br>I study Chinese for a few months now and I’m already leaving for France and I haven’t got to learn anything yet. I don’t want to happen the same with French.<br><br>So far I’ve been using Memrise and DUolingo.<br>I’ve got a lot of time to study but I don’t know where to start.<br>Any advice would be appreciated.<br><br>Thanks in advance.
