Does anyone have any experience with using pyrethrin sprays safely inside?

I used some around the baseboards the other day, and seems to have helped a lot, I haven’t seen a single bug in 4 days or so. I’m pretty sure this is a permanent solution. However, I’m moving into the attic to sleep, I want to make sure I’m not breathing in anything bad in the middle of the night, I’m currently using 10% active ingredient pyrethrin.
