User feedback is treated with utter disrespect by OpenAI

Pefformance at OpenAI is completely based on how many prompts you solve. The time spent by the user to give feedback is completely ignored and therefore not valuable from OpenAI's perspective. This is complete nonsense because how can you make ChatGPT better when user feedback doesn't matter at all? In order to make ChatGPT better you need to analyze the interactions between user and ChatGPT to improve its performance and here it fails miserably. Don't you feel like your voice is lost in the void every time you give feedback? It doesn't matter whether you upvote a message or mark it as irrelevant. It is just there for show, it has no value at all. OpenAI doesn't care about user feedback because it is impossible to quantify user satisfaction when you can only measure the performance of an AI by the interactions of a large number of people. This is fundamentally wrong because you can never say with certainty that a certain user is satisfied when it interacts with your AI.
