CMV: If you've been alive for over 30 years and have kids, you should retire and just keep taking care of them

I'm sure that many of you will disagree with this, and I also believe this is a pretty radical idea.<br><br>But sometimes I think people who have only their own family to worry about, should just step out of the picture for other young people who have to provide for their families, and allow them to have the first opportunities and the best jobs.<br><br>Question: How worth is it to put your employment above your family?
