I'm a male who is doing 1900 calories a day and 5 workout days a week, so I'm a big eater. I put this together myself. I posted it on my main account on r/mealprep, and it immediately downvoted into obscurity. <br><br>-6 days of prep, 5 meals each, and 2 snacks a day<br><br>-1 serving of each food group in each meal (protein, carb, and fat)<br><br>-2200 calories a day<br><br>-5 workout days a week<br><br>-Under $100 a week<br><br>I'm sure there are plenty of other parameters you could set, but I thought you guys might like this!
