I asked if I could send a claim request and I think there is a bug in their system, or maybe I am going crazy!

I asked them if I can send a claim request to keep my credits and not lose 50% and then I got this answer, which I think is a glitch. A claim is even already opened! Does it work for you guys as well? (I made a 3 month subscription)
