Why do MAGA types like LoTR so much?

I mean don’t get me wrong, I love it—it’s wholesome and the best fantasy ever and I’m obsessed with horses and the horse lords won it all in the end. But I don’t get it. I think the answer is probably a lot more complex than I think it is but I genuinely don't get why MAGA types love it so much. <br><br>I know MAGA types don't hate gay people or non-whites or want to exclude them but it just seems like that's what LoTR is saying—it's about the exclusion of others, right? The elven and dwarven nations are to be preserved, all other races who try to enter the lands of men are to be turned away and/or killed. It’s horses and men against the world. <br><br>It just seems like WWII propaganda but made in the 60’s-80’s and not in the 40’s.
