My husband and I always gotta talk shit on each other before we drive somewhere

When it’s time to go out and drive to town my husband always says “oh are you driving slow again? Don’t you think the speed limit is too high? Do you think the speed limit is too low?” He says this in a sarcastic and annoyed tone to make me feel bad. I honestly don’t see what’s wrong with obeying the speed limit and even if I go slightly over the speed limit he will still say these things. I don’t even talk bad about his driving but why does he always do this?
