I remember reading that hallucinogens are so damn trippy because of our brain's inability to break down the chemical which leads to an unpredictable build up of chemicals in the brain which is what causes tripping.

I also read that humans can develop tolerances for all drugs despite the fact that hallucinogen tolerance is different, the brain has to develop a tolerance after microdosing so where does the trip line stand during this.

I've seen people take full doses of drugs after microdosing for months and say that they feel nothing, after slowing down their microdosing habits, they start to feel the general dose again.

So we can develop a tolerance for psychedelics, so where is the trip tolerance after developing a tolerance for microdosing?
