Since when did CTP become the "anti-4chan"?

I remember back in 2016 when I joined CTP for the first time, it was pretty chill. Posts were funny. Greentexts were funnier than most of 4chan. I even made a good friend there that was from Australia.<br><br>I talk to that same friend from Australia, and she's doing well, I'm glad. However, every time I go to CTP, I get a whole bunch of shitposting and drama. I don't even go to /pol/ anymore, CTP is worse than /pol/ at this point. <br><br>What happened? It feels like the whole world is going shitter by the day, and I'm praying that 2024 will be any better.<br><br>Or am I just being too nostalgic?
