The year is 2025 in the Milky galaxy. About 500 years ago, Earth, then a small blue planet inhabited by 6 billion humans, was first contacted by the Lirien, a peaceful, highly advanced people, who then, over the centuries, introduced Mankind to several other species, the V :", the N'Kari, the Zorvathians, the T'Kon, the Daleks, the Cybermen and the Boruth, who roamed free in the universe, but exiled their unwanted citizens to this planet.
Notorious criminals, political dissidents, leaders who disobeyed the rules, were all exiled to earth, forced to live here under human supervision. They lived alongside the humans, who were soon able to see all the aliens living amongst them, but, thanks to advanced brainwashing techniques, they couldn't do anything else but obey the laws.
The only way an alien could get out of Earth, was to commit a crime so heinous, that the penalty was to be taken back to their home planet, where they would receive the proper punishment, but the exile would end.
This was the situation when Michelle Foster, a young attractive woman, was hired as a supervisor.
She lived in the futuristic tower that served as the base for human supervision in the United States of America, and her job was to hunt rogue aliens, that is, those who had escaped human supervision and were living on their own.
The aliens didn't need to eat, breathe or drink, and they age very slowly, some not at all, so it was impossible for a human to track them down alone, but thanks to the brainwashing, all they had to do was to capture them, and take them to a place where they could be tracked.
That was until an alien named Arin V'Zar, from a species that had arrived just a few years ago, and wasn't yet known, stole the technology used by the brainwashing, forcing the humans to find another way to keep the aliens living on earth.
But it wasn't until the arrival of the T'Kon, a repressed and brutal species, that the humans were faced with their biggest challenge, as T'Kon laws were too brutal, and the exiled citizens living on earth were too numerous, and soon they found themselves facing the ultimate question, should they fulfill their duty as T'Kon supervisors, or do they have a right to choose which laws they will enforce, and which they won't?
This is the story of how the arrival of the T'Kon to earth changed the human mind, and the fate of the galaxy.
