The first cookbook from a US food company was the Toll House Cookbook, published in 1939. It was the first to include the recipe for Toll House Cookies. Besides cookies, it also included a recipe for the Banana Bread, which was a staple over 30 years.

The point is, the first Toll House cookies were baked in 1937, so it took a few years to show up in the cookbook. I think that means if you bake something in 2022, it can be a staple in 2025. So we want to get a bead on that! What dish can you make that will become a staple 5 years from now?
