My parents do no speak about my sister's chronic illness, mental health and diagnosis because it is embarrassing

I am 23 yo and not that financial independent from my family to run away from them. My parents have a huge problem about keeping my sister's illness to be kept a secret. All the family know about it but no one knows how bad it is. They never say anything on Facebook because they might get some negative comments. They really put a strong emphasis on this. It is really hard to be locked inside for years without any hobbies and real friends. My parents even gave up on me doing sports or exercise because I am too old for it. <br><br>I don't know how long I can stand this situation.
