Why does my chicken not taste that good?

Hello, so I buy my chickens from Costco, and prep them for the week ahead. I cook them in an oven at 350 degrees, in a pan with olive oil, garlic powder, and salt. I cook that bad boy for 2 hours non stop. I swear, I've cooked it for 2 hours before, and it was tender, moist, and tasted amazing, but that does not happen any more. <br>I'm guessing I have to change the way I cook the chicken, or perhaps my oven is running a little slower than usual? What do you think? Any helpful tips would be greatly appreciated. <br><br>TL;DR I dont think my chicken is tasting good any more, and it was good before.
