First time in my apartment and I can’t stand them

I’m seriously considering moving. I’m absolutely fed up with these disgusting things. This is the first year that they’ve been inside. I’ve absolutely had enough. Any suggestions on how to keep them out? I’m desperate. I’ve been cleaning out the gutters and I’m gonna get new windows, but that’s not enough.
