AITA for getting off the plane over a row regarding mask-wearing?

What happened was that I was on a flight home from New York to New Hampshire, and a woman next to me was wearing her mask the wrong way. The first time, I didn’t bring it up, but the second time I told her to wear it properly. She was with two young men who she appeared to be familiar with, and I assume were her sons, took exception to this and called me a racist and told me to shut my mouth and that I was better off not saying anything. Now because of the situation, I told them I’m getting off the plane. A flight attendant came to ask me what was going on, and I explained, and she told me that she would talk to them and I stayed calm. I didn’t get off the plane, and when we got home, I texted my wife and told her what happened and then my boss texted me the screen recording of a guy at the airport who was denied a flight due to a mask dispute and was told he is not getting a refund. I thought of that when my boss gave me the greenlight and told me to get off the plane.
