I took 100mg of escitalopram, wanted to kill myself as soon as I could, but couldn't find a rope

I was feeling really down before, just wanted to die. Escitalopram (an antidepresant) is all I had left of my prescription of it. I had 100mg left, and decided that I would end my life. I took it, but knew I couldn't let it hit my stomach so I threw it up, so now I'm vomiting like crazy. Then I went outside to find some rope, but there's none. I'm in quite a state, so I need a rope. No rope for my neck, no rope.
