My best friend had a seizure and spoke in a language nobody could understand, multiple (well-educated and skeptical) doctors were left stunned by this.

I wanted to first mention that my friend has no history of seizures. The day this happened, we were studying for a test (we're both 22 and in university) and we were in my room taking a break by watching a movie on my laptop.
It was a horror movie, and a jump scare triggered a full on seizure. She was on the floor screaming and convulsing in the worst way possible. She somehow split her head open when she fell and blood was all over the place. I carried her in my arms to my car and rushed her to the hospital.

At first they told me she had a seizure and they couldn't explain much other than that.
I stayed in the room with her until she gained consciousness. She looked conscious but she didn't seem like my friend. She didn't look like herself. She was squeezing her eyes and didn't know what was going on for about 4-5 minutes probably until she remembered who I was. I talked to her as calmly and softly as possible until she remembered who I was. Then out of nowhere she started speaking, but it was in a language that neither of us could understand! It sounded similar to portugese, I couldn't identify the language. This was extremely crazy to watch, as she was perfectly fluent in this language that neither of us could understand.

At that point, the doctor and some other staff came back to the room. Apparently the nurse had heard a bunch of gibberish coming from the room and went to get a doctor.

I think about 3 doctors saw her while she was speaking in this language. None of them knew what was going on. They also didn't know what language it was.
One of the doctors was very skeptical and thought she was faking it but he tried to talk to her about her details to see if it was real or not. One doctor was saying something about this possibly being a different language but no one knew what language it was and it didn't really sound like something you'd hear. Apparently my friend was describing a very vivid and lucid vision of hell or something (it was hard to understand at the time, but she was saying a lot of things and she wasn't just saying random words).

When her sickness subsided, she told me and the nurse that she didn't know what was happening or what she was saying.

The doctors were all stunned by this and they said they hadn't seen anything like this.

My friend doesn't have any crazy medical history, or any history of seizures, and her scans showed nothing.

They sent her home to rest and the next day she felt better and totally normal. She never had any seizures or seizures like this, but she has had disgusting thoughts in her head that don't match her personality (that's what she tells me). Her doctor thinks that she may have had a breakthrough psychic experience. Some say it's an evil spirit, but I don't know.
I don't know what to believe but this was crazy to watch.
