$13.50 for 24 cupcakes?

For a class, I’m supposed to bring in 24 cupcakes as a group work project. I searched online for “cupcakes” and found a 24-24 cupcakes pack from Nestle at Walmart. The price is $13.50 and I thought that sounded cheap, but is that a good deal?<br><br>Thank you all so much for your feedback and time. I really appreciate it.
