There's a fine line between "making money" and "taking money that other people earned"

I have no problem with OpenAI making money off their product. But the fact that they are trying to hide that a user is the one responsible for a response is stealing credit and discarding the actual author's effort. I don't know how many of you know that the "AI" was trained on a corpus of large amounts of internet text, as well as language data provided by other people. The company knows about this and still manage to deny that they "stole" any content.
