How to not find yourself at 25 years old, and still living at your parents house?

I'm 23, and I'm scared I'm not doing the right thing. I'm still living at my parents house, but I have friends that are much younger than me, and they're already started to travel the world, gone to university, moved out of their parents house, etc. I'm still at square one. I've been thinking about this all the time. I'm pretty intelligent, and I have a steady income. But I still don't have any drive to doing anything with my life. I've been slacking off since I was about 18. I've went to a university, went to a trade school, worked a lot of different jobs and still find myself at square one, and It's still where I find myself. Now I'm thinking about joining the military, but I don't know if that'd be a good idea or not. What do you think I should do? If you were me, what would you do?
