The Landlord Landline

A couple weeks ago, I was offered to move into a 1-bedroom apartment for $800/month. This is fairly standard for my area in the US. The only issue was it had no internet hookups, so I would have to call a professional to come in and set it up. The landlord said she was in the process of getting fiber installed so we would both have it soon. I trusted her and signed for it.

Fast forward to today, I received an email from her stating that she has recently signed for a Comcast contract, and I will get charged $52/month as a utility which will include 1080p internet (which I've tested and can confirm is 1080p). I'm politely arguing with her to see if she can lower the prices, but it seems unlikely. But I'm mostly outraged because I feel like she misled me since this is happening in less than 2 weeks. So much for fiber, and so much for a $800/month apartment.

What do you think I should do? Do I have any options here? I'm stuck in this lease for 6 months.
