What are some easy to make simple desserts?

I was having a difficult time with staying home due to the virus. I found keeping myself busy to be good therapy for cabin fever. <br><br>So I started cooking food, and it turned out pretty well, but I can't bake to save my life. <br><br>It's also kind difficult to find simple recipes online I can make with a limited budget and basic equipment. I have a small hand mixer, and something that looks like a hand whisk. I also don't have an oven but have a microwave and an instant pot. <br><br>What are some really simple dessert recipes that I can make that don't require a ton of equipment?
