Let’s Talk About Grains in Bread

If you have trouble with grains in bread how do you deal with it, do you prefer certain grains or avoid it altogether.<br><br>I have recently decided to go bread free as in my experience grains are just too hard for me to digest, I have a preexisting condition that makes digesting grains a bit harder.<br><br>So I have decided to eat more veggies and fruits and to eat cereals that you don’t have to soak overnight. I prefer rice and oats as opposed to wheat for example because they are easier to digest and can help you lose weight and feel better.<br><br>Has anyone else experienced something similar?
