How to get cheaper beef?

I live in a small town in Canada and I go grocery shopping at a Walmart. They had a sale on a ground beef pack that was 10 lbs for $70. Good quality, great taste. Is there anywhere I can get beef cheaper than that, cause a dollar a pound is a bit expensive. I know they sell beef a dollar a pound at Costco but it's a 30 minute drive to get there and I don't have a Costco card.<br><br>EDIT. I know that's a great deal and good price. I might consider getting another package from Walmart. I want to know where else I can get cheaper beef so I can try it this week!
